About the Recipe
1-11/2 cups palm of 96% lean beef
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of brown rice
1 clove of garlic
hint of black pepper
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Make brown rice. Cook the beef in a tsp of coconut oil for 8-10 min. Pan fry the zucchini for 4 minutes on each side and add the peas, onion, garlic and black pepper then move around for another 6-8 minutes.
Cook your broccoli with a bit of water in a sauce pan for about 8 minutes.
Serve in a bowl by adding the beef onto the rice and topping with the stir fry, avocado and sesame seeds.
