Intense Shred 12 Weeks

These fast paced 40 minute calorie burning sessions will help you incinerate body fat and get shredded using a combination of interval raining and muscle building exercises. 

Note: Everyday will include two Supersets with two exercises. Choose a weight which you can do about 10-12 reps. Alternate between two exercises, performing as many reps as possible, stopping when you come close to failure. Continue the alternating pattern for a total of 8 minutes
