Ingredients
1-11/2 cups of chicken
1 cup of asparagus
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of brussel sprouts
1/3 avocado
Preparation
Cook your sweet potato. Season your chicken with sea salt and black pepper, cook with 1 tsp of coconut oil for about 25-30 minutes at medium high heat.
Pan fry the asparagus, brussel sprouts and mushrooms with some olive oil for about 10-12 minutes.
