Ingredients
1-11/2 cup of chicken breast
1 cup of red potatoes
1 tbsp of organic tomato sauce
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of cauliflower
1/2 cup of diced cabbage
Chopped green onion
Preparation
Boil your chicken breast for about 20 minutes in high heat with some salt. Shred the chicken with your fingers and throw in a hot [an with 1 tsp of cocount oil, add some garlic, pinch of salt, black pepper and the tomato sauce.
Boil your potatoes and pan fry next to your chicken
Add your broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage to a pan with 1/2 cup of waterand cook at medium heat for about 7-10 minutes.
