Welcome to Personal Training with Ryaash! We are thrilled to have you join our fitness journey. Below is an overview of how your training sessions will be conducted to help you get started smoothly:

Program Overview

​

You have subscribed to Group Personal Training, which means your sessions will take place in a group setting at your scheduled time. While the timings may be shared, all routines are tailored specifically to your fitness goals, level, and body type. This ensures a customized experience for every client.

​

Your subscription includes the gym membership package, trainer charges, and taxes, as per the rates provided to you.

Initial Consultation
 

Before starting your personalized routine, we will conduct an initial consultation to assess:
 

Cardiorespiratory health

Exercise techniques

Mobility and fitness levels

Posture
 

This evaluation will help us design a routine that best suits your individual needs.
 

Training Schedule

​

Our sessions are available Sunday to Thursday at the following times:

 

Morning: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

​

In case I am unavailable, my assistant will cover your session, primarily for evening clients. My assistant works under my direct guidance and will have access to your fitness records and routines to ensure continuity and quality. Please feel free to reach out to them in my absence.

Program Details

​

Training plans are designed for 3-4 days per week, based on your goals and fitness level. I will personally guide you during weight and resistance training days, while other days will focus on cardio. Details of these sessions will be included in your personalized plan. Nutrition consultation is available upon request at an additional charge.

​

Progress Tracking and Updates

​

Your progress will be monitored regularly, and necessary adjustments will be made to your routine monthly to ensure continued improvement.

​

Session Attendance and Scheduling

​

Please inform us of your preferred session timings in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts with other clients.

Missed sessions due to lack of prior notice or those outside personal training hours cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a morning session, check with the trainer for evening availability.

​

Payment Policy

​

Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual. In special circumstances, payments may be frozen temporarily.

It is your responsibility to attend sessions as scheduled.

​

App Access

​

For clients who wish to track their routines, app access is available upon request. You can view your personalized routine and progress through the app.
